WooScraper (E-Woo Scraper) provides tiered monthly subscription packages engineered to support independent store owners, agency developers, and enterprise inventory management teams. All standard prices are quoted and processed in United States Dollars (USD):
- Free Evaluation Tier: $0/month. Includes 3 store catalog CSV downloads per month with a 100 products cap per scrape run. Perfect for trial crawls and proof-of-concept testing.
- Basic Plan: $10/month. Includes 10 store catalog CSV downloads per month with up to 2,000 products per scrape run. Ideal for small boutique migrations and recurring competitor audits.
- Pro Plan: $20/month. Includes 25 store catalog CSV downloads per month with unlimited products per scrape run and priority serverless cloud execution queues.
2. Store Download Quota Logic & Deductions
Scraping websites and viewing extracted data in the live previewer is completely free across all subscription tiers. Your allocated store download quota is only deducted when you initiate a full file download (CSV, Excel XLSX, or JSON) of a newly scanned store catalog.
Once a store dataset is generated and saved into your account history, you can re-download that specific historical dataset as many times as needed without consuming additional quota points. Quotas reset automatically at the beginning of each recurring billing cycle.
3. Supported Gateways & Payment Security
We partner with Tier-1 digital payment infrastructure providers to guarantee military-grade security for every online transaction:
- Stripe Credit/Debit Card Processing: Supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover with full PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. All card information is encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit and tokenized directly on Stripe infrastructure. WooScraper servers never store raw credit card numbers or CVV codes.
- PayPal Express Checkout: Enables instant transactions via existing PayPal balances, linked bank accounts, or preferred funding instruments.
- Cryptocurrency Settlements (Cryptomus & Direct Wallets): Supports major cryptocurrencies including USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL). Crypto transactions are confirmed on-chain before subscription activation.
4. Automated Invoicing & Tax Compliance
Immediately following each successful subscription settlement, an official digital tax receipt and PDF invoice is generated and dispatched to your registered billing email address. Invoices display itemized subscription details, transaction identifiers, payment timestamps, and business tax IDs where applicable. You can also view and download full historical receipts directly within your dashboard billing panel.
5. Failed Charges & Account Maintenance
If a recurring renewal payment cannot be completed due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or bank fraud prevention triggers, our system will attempt automatic retries over a 3-day grace period. During this time, you will receive email alerts prompting you to update your billing credentials. If renewal remains uncollected after the grace period, the account automatically reverts to the Free tier until payment details are refreshed.
