1. Data Collected & Store Processing
We prioritize customer data privacy and operate on a strict data-minimization framework. When you utilize WooScraper, our servers process public store URLs, sitemap files, and unauthenticated REST API endpoints solely for the purpose of compiling structured product catalog datasets (including titles, variation matrices, pricing, SKU codes, and public image CDN links).
All extracted store catalog records are cached temporarily in isolated memory containers to generate your instant CSV, Excel, or JSON export files. Temporary extraction caches are automatically and permanently purged within 24 hours of generation.
2. Account Credentials & Security Standards
To manage workspace balances, store download quotas, and scheduled cron jobs, we store standard user authentication records (such as encrypted passwords and verified email addresses). All account credentials are protected using industry-standard salted hashing algorithms and 256-bit TLS encryption in transit.
Subscription and transaction payments are processed directly through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Cryptomus). WooScraper does not process, handle, or store raw credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on any server.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Restrictions
We enforce a strict anti-brokerage policy. WooScraper does not sell, rent, monetize, or distribute your extracted e-commerce datasets, target storefront URLs, customer email addresses, or transaction histories to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or data brokers.
4. GDPR & CCPA User Rights
In accordance with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) standards, you maintain full authority over your personal information. You have the right to request a complete copy of your stored account data, update inaccurate credentials, or request complete account and dataset deletion at any time.
