1. License Grant & Acceptable Scraping Policy
By accessing WooScraper ("E-Woo Scraper"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to extract public catalog data from WooCommerce, Shopify, and e-commerce web applications. All extraction activities must strictly comply with local data privacy laws and public web data extraction compliance standards.
Users agree not to utilize our infrastructure to intentionally overwhelm target web servers with malicious denial-of-service traffic, extract private personal identifiable information (PII), or bypass authorized authentication walls.
2. Store Quotas, Subscriptions & Billing Cycles
Scraping preview runs and product catalog extractions are completely free of charge. Monthly store download quotas apply when generating and downloading completed store export packages (CSV, Excel XLSX, and JSON).
Downloading a newly processed store CSV consumes 1 store download credit from your monthly plan balance. Re-downloading previously processed store files from your historical workspace archive is always free and consumes zero credits. Monthly quotas refresh automatically at the start of each recurring billing cycle.
3. Data Accuracy & Migration Integrity
WooScraper delivers automated data mapping and synchronization engines. While our parsers are built to maintain 100% fidelity for complex variable attributes, pricing tiers, and CDN image matrices, users are encouraged to audit their exported datasets prior to publishing imports on live production e-commerce channels.
4. Service Availability & Liability Limitations
Our web data extraction utilities and proxy infrastructure are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WooScraper reserves the right to adjust rate limits, implement security filters, or modify features to guarantee platform uptime and operational integrity for all subscribers.
