1. Automated Fail-Safe Refund
We stand by our system's extraction capabilities. If you attempt to scrape a target directory and the scanner returns 0 items due to connection timeouts, target server blockages, or internal configuration exceptions, the 5 credits debited for the extraction job are automatically refunded to your ledger balance.
2. Monthly Plan Refund Conditions
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins and credits are utilized. However, if you purchase a subscription tier and wish to request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of the transaction, provided that you have consumed fewer than 50 credits of your monthly allocation.
3. Credit Returns and Account Closures
Credits allocated to an account hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for physical currency. If you close your account, any outstanding credits remaining in your balance are permanently retired and cannot be transferred or returned.
